This could help in visualization, quicker
reporting, improving technology based skills, boosting teaching creativity,
paperless homework’s, and could take most attention of the students because
they are conscious on it.
I am
not a really techy teacher but in order to improve my teaching I am willing to
learn to use this gadget. As we all know our technology is dynamic and nothings
stops it to improve, as technology grows we teachers really need to learn to
use this technology even if it’s just the basics of it.
My
sons and daughter are the ones encouraging me to learn the famous social media
Facebook. I am really enjoying browsing my Facebook account because of
different post of different persons. They also post persuasive quotes,
inspirational messages and pictures, images of their trips while having fun, and
so many different types of posts such as news.
Facebook
is also a good for communication, it has a feature where you can create your
class group chat or group page. Group chat lets you have a chat group with your
class where the student can talk to everyone that is added in the group chat. And,
group page where your class has its own Facebook page where the group members
can post, especially the teacher posting homework’s, activities and projects.
This
7-inch tablet can be really helpful in my teaching. Teachers can also document
and take pictures of their school activities such as Sport Feast, Field Trips,
Buwan ng Wika, Boys Scout and Girls Scout District Meets or Regional Meets.
It’s not just for documentation and taking of pictures but also use for
interactive maps such as Google Map that can be guide to go anywhere.
Past
August I am already using Microsoft Office Publisher in order to print my
teaching materials such as large images and letters. But with the use of this budget-friendly
tablet this will boost the creativity and visualization techniques that will
help the learning of student in interactive way.
Lots
of things that you can do in the computer can also be done in tablets. With just taps you can create your own
presentation on it. Most of the applications in desktop computers can also be
done in this 7-inch tablet, it can be download in Google Play Store. Also,
teachers can use this device for their student’s attendance checking and can
print reports of that particular attendance.
